Access 342 Eyes Electronic Research Auctions, More Analysts

Independent research provider Access 342, which announced the formal launch last week of its "Dutch auction" model for buy-side firms to buy research, plans to roll out an automated platform for clients to bid on research once its client base has grown, officials say.
