The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has entered the discussion on universal business entity identification, responding to industry questions about how the organization could be involved in the build-up of a utility of basic entity data that needs to be provided as part of the roll-out of a standard identifier, a company official tells Inside Reference Data.
