GMI Expands Governance Research, Ratings Platform
Corporate governance ratings and research provider GMI—formed last December by the merger of GovernanceMetrics International, The Corporate Library and Audit Integrity—is expanding its GMI Analyst research platform that consolidates the three companies’ sets of ratings, research and analysis, to provide additional functionality and data that will enable users to better understand the impact of governance factors on a company’s performance.
