Mercuria Accelerates Trading Data with Solace Appliances
Swiss energy and commodities trading firm Mercuria Energy Group is using Ottawa, Canada-based hardware messaging technology vendor Solace Systems' Unified Messaging Platform appliances to provide the underlying data distribution layer of a new pricing and execution platform that the firm is developing, to accelerate market data and trade message flow between the firm's datacenters and over its wide-area network.
