Nasdaq technical glitch hits Apple Facebook and Microsoft

At 11:21am ET, Nasdaq distributed an alert warning users who connect to eSpeed via its API feed that this "may have experienced a brief outage" for certain contracts at around 10:38am, which may have also affected clients viewing eSpeed data via vendors such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters and CQG. According to the alert, as of 11:21, "all of the above referenced market data services should now be functioning as normal."
