Outage impacted clients of FTP-delivered index and weightings data from NYSE
NYSE first notified data subscribers by email at 10:05am ET, before reporting at 4:17pm that service was being restored and asking clients to test their data access, then confirming service had been restored after market close.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
