S&P Capital IQ Unveils Credit Scorecards for Women-Owned Businesses in Emerging Markets

The scorecards will address the $287 billion lending gap for women in emerging markets

The scorecards cover 10,000 SMEs and are designed to evaluate the credit worthiness of enterprises. S&P Capital IQ has provided the scorecards previously, but this is the first time the vendor has included weights for women-owned SMEs in emerging markets.
