Cutwater Collaborates with Calypso on Portfolio Optimization Tool
Cutwater Asset Management, a fixed-income investment advisor with $43 billion under management, has partnered with trading and risk software vendor Calypso Technology to develop a portfolio optimization platform featuring asset and liability management capabilities.
The system will incorporate Cutwater's proprietary risk framework, what it calls its Risk Analysis Manager (RAM), into Calypso's Galapagos portfolio optimization product. Once the firms have rolled out the new platform, Calypso will
