Van Tilburg Replaces Vermaas as CEO of Euronext Amsterdam

Van Tilburg will report to group CEO, Dominique Cerutti. He is replacing Cees Vermaas, who left the exchange in December 2014 to take on the role of CEO at the CME Europe.

Van Tilburg was head of business projects and design of the European Equity and Equity Derivatives Markets at Euronext. He has 20 years' experience in the exchange business, having worked for the European Option Exchange (EOE) in Amsterdam and Euroclear Netherlands.
