PerTrac Updates Analysis Platform

New York-based PerTrac Financial Solutions last week released an update to its PerTrac Analytical Platform, which is used by portfolio managers to evaluate the performance of investments, including hedge funds and mutual funds.

Version 6.0.19 adds PerTrac IDs, which the vendor assigns as an identifier to each fund. Firms can use the IDs to hide duplicate records of performance data for a fund that may be collected by-and identified differently by-different data vendors.
