Reuters' Stock, ADR Fall; 3000 Concerns, Forex Are Factors

Reuters' stock price has plunged 18 per cent to £600.5 since last April. Its ADR price has tumbled 24 per cent to 57 1/8 since last October. The shrinking foreign exchange market and concerns that the vendor's new 3000 product series may not be a panacea are two of the factors in the decline.
