S&P's Rieger Defects to… S&P
Officials now confirm to Inside Market Data that Rieger, who has spent more than 20 years at S&P, has been appointed vice president of the vendor's portfolio services division—a role that a spokesperson says "builds on his knowledge and background in fixed-income research."
The appointment follows a recent announcement on Aug. 22 from rival information provider Interactive Data that, in a surprise move, Rieger was to join its Pricing and Reference Data division as vice president of evaluated
