BATS Woos Chi-X With Valentine Union
European multilateral trading facility Chi-X Europe is expected to agree a sale to BATS Global Markets, operator of smaller rival MTF BATS Europe, by Feb. 11, sources say, after the venues confirmed they had entered “exclusive” talks on Dec. 22.
