Interactive Data Launches Web Service for Delivery Platform
New Content Delivery Channel for APEX System
Data vendor Interactive Data has launched a new web service for its delivery platform Apex.
The web service leverages the Apex logical data model covering descriptive and pricing data to provide access to all content available in the platform through an open web delivery model.
This is intended to enhance data quality, coverage and operational efficiency, the company says.
The Apex web service tool gives clients the ability to integrate data into applications or systems without the need to manage data infrastructure or to update scheduled file deliveries for trade set up, compliance or other time-critical applications.
The service can be integrated with existing applications and used independently or in conjunction with the file or message delivery service, depending on requirements.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
