The "Beast"has escaped! After four years at WestLB Systems, associate director John Best has moved on to new challenges and is reportedly working at a large international broking firm. Best can’t say more but does say that his new position will allow him to continue as an executive member of the Information Providers User Group. Too bad for the vendors!
