Liberty Brokerage has hired Ken Wagner as chief operating officer (COO) of the firm's newly formed division in charge of Libertydirect, the firm's electronic inter-dealer broker bond platform launched earlier this year (TTW, June 21). Wagner is charged with marketing and sales efforts for Libertydirect and any future electronic offerings. He comes to Liberty from a twelve-year stay at Bloomberg, where he served as a division leader of integrated products. Wagner reports to Liberty's president,
