Lupowitz Joins FXall as CIO
After 11 years with block-crossing network provider Liquidnet, former CIO Kevin Lupowitz has moved to FXall, where he will be the foreign exchange (FX) ECN's new CIO responsible for the venue's comprehensive technology strategy. Prior to Liquidnet, he worked at Merrin Financial, New Era of Networks and Heine Securities. He co-founded Armonie Software.
Liquidnet has promoted Neal Goldstein to CIO and member of its senior management team. In his new role, Goldstein will report directly to Seth
