Thomson Reuters Axes DTN Agri Data Deal

Thomson Reuters last week told clients that it is ending a 10-year distribution deal for agricultural and commodities data provider Telvent DTN to carry the vendor’s agricultural news and data, making Thomson Reuters the sole distributor of its content in the agriculture markets.

Telvent DTN, which focuses on the agricultural, weather, energy and financial industries, redistributes the Reuters Agriculture Wire via its ProphetX workstation in North America. But from March 31, users of the DTN
