Omgeo Names Gray As Chairman
Post-trade processing services provider Omgeo has named Andrew Gray, managing director of core business management at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), as its chairman. Omgeo also named as new board members Tim Collier, chief financial officer of Thomson Reuters financial and risk business, and Mark Bradbury, managing director and head of global equities business services at Deutsche Bank.
Gray succeeds Donald Donahue, former president and CEO of DTCC, as Omgeo's chairman. Gray
