Fundtech Appoints McGaffey as Head of Sales for the Americas
As head of Fundtech's Americas sales initiatives, McGaffey is responsible for all regional sales personnel, and for driving the firm's regional sales strategy. He reports to Chris Zingo, global head of sales.
McGaffey has two decades worth of financial services sales experience, including selling investment products and technology solutions. He most recently served as head of sales at Thomson Reuters, where he managed a team selling quantitative solutions to hedge funds, asset managers, and global banks.
Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, McGaffey held positions with RiskMetrics Group, Bloomberg, Utendahl Capital Partners, and Merrill Lynch.
