Eagle Promotes Cullen to CEO

Financial services technology provider Eagle Investment Systems has promoted Mal Cullen to CEO. Cullen previously was head of Americas and Eagle Access, a private cloud product. He joined Eagle in 2001.

Last year, Cullen shared his expertise on the investment book of record (IBOR) development at a WatersTechnology event. His industry experience also includes 12 years with Financial Models Company.
