In the wake of its acquisition this spring of Disclosure Inc., Primark Corp. has reorganized its senior management structure. The changes were made in advance of Primark's annual strategy meeting in London earlier this week--a meeting at which the vendor planned to announce and finalize a range of product and management initiatives.
