DrKW Bolsters Trade Ideas Hub

LONDON—Dresdner Kleinwort Wasser stein (DrKW) has developed a new function for a hub devoted to the sharing of trading ideas, an official at the investment arm of Dresdner Bank reveals to DWT.

DrKW, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch are behind the Trade Ideas Monitor hub, created by this consortium of sell-side firms in November 2005. The consortium then set up Trade Ideas Ltd. to oversee the hub service. Last week, Trade Ideas unveiled a new feature, which is dubbed Themed Portfolios
