By Thursday the world should know whether it will have a second transatlantic bourse as we approach the deadline set by the Nasdaq Stock Market for London Stock Exchange (LSE) shareholders to surrender their shares for £12.43 ($24.17) each. Nasdaq officials have added a little wiggle room, stating that the deadline could be pushed back to Feb. 10, but most industry watchers assume that it is going to happen.
