SEC Bumps Tech Roundtable Date
The US regulator cited strong industry interest in the event, which will now be held on 2 October 2012 in order to better accommodate scheduling conflicts among groups wishing to attend.
Announced shortly after the Knight Capital trading incident at the beginning of August, the SEC event aims to examine the role of technology played in capital markets. An agenda for the event, announced earlier this month, focuses the discussion on control systems and reacting to real-time events.
