Are We Ready for Low-Tech Terrorism?

Since the 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, the forces looking to bring down the global economy have changed their priority from acts on a grand scale to more cost-efficient terror.

The cowards that turned downtown Mumbai into a widespread killing zone were armed with AK-47s and coordinated their actions with BlackBerrys after arriving in inflatable rafts. How much more low-tech can it get-throwing acid in someone's face or dropping really big rocks on victims?
