Founding shareholders of the association have created a new operating company, GSTP AG, in Zurich, which is the home for the industry utility. This company has outsourced the development and operation of the utility to Axion4gstp (Axion4), the vendor company founded by SegaInterSettle, TKS Teknosoft and Swift.
