IPC Information Systems and subsidiary IXnet are reorganizing along global lines and integrating Liquidity employees into IPC. So John Faccibene, previously managing director of operations for the Americas, has taken on a global role as managing director for global operations. And Paul Pluschkell, former manager of IXnet's Liquidity service globally, has assumed the role of chief strategic technology officer for IPC and IXnet, reporting to Gerald Starr, CEO of IPC and president of IXnet
