FIX Flyer Buys Tepin
The purchase, financial details of which were not disclosed, is designed to round out FIX Flyer's product portfolio, according to George Kledaras, chairman of FIX Flyer.
The vendors have been working together since 2004, Kledaras says; however, serious talks for a merger began at the beginning of this year.
FIX Flyer and Tepin plan to integrate their technologies in stages. The first deliverables should be available in the next few weeks, according to Kledaras.
