Touch Screens Come to BT Turrets

NEW YORK—Tactile technology is coming to the turrets of British Telecom (BT) with the launch of a touch-screen version of the ITS.Netrix line, but BT officials acknowledge that touch screens may not become wildly popular among traders at major sell-side firms.
