Reuters Y2K Plan Emerges: Funding, Staffing Outlined

LONDON--Having last month earmarked £31 million ($51 million) for its so-called Millennium Program in 1998, Reuters' plans for the conversion of its product line in preparation for the Year 2000 are beginning to crystallize.
