Mellon Completes Masterfile Work

Mellon’s Global Securities Services division has completed a multi-year project to consolidate the business on a single securities masterfile. The goal is to simplify the distribution of data sent both to clients and internal Mellon staff and systems, and save on data support and maintenance costs.
The masterfile project covers all global securities, including equities, fixed income and private placements.
