Sources say Quotron recently upped the salaries of a number of salespeople, following a recruitment bid by ADP. On the eve of his intended departure for ADP, sources say Dallas-based Quotron sales executive Llynal Carey was made a counter-offer by Quotron, increasing his compensation by some $10,000 annually. Quotron then raised the salaries of other new account salespeople, these sources add. Coming months after the vendor reduced its sales and marketing staffing level by approximately 30
