No one said it would be easy when Aria International set out to develop a Macintosh-based trading workstation back in 1986. Hard times have since hit the San Francisco-based software design house, leaving Hambrecht & Quist Inc., Aria's premier client, with an unfinished system and the stigma of having gone too far out on a limb with untested technology.
