No one ever said that starting an information systems consulting business would be easy.
Since the Information Consulting Group of New York was founded three months ago with the backing of advertising giant Saatchi & Saatchi PLC, it has been accused of raiding six partners from Arthur Andersen & Co. and stealing the specs for a swaps system developed by Coopers & Lybrand for Shearson Lehman Hutton Inc.
In separate complaints filed in New York Supreme Court, Arthur Andersen and C&L both maintain
