Michael Franzese has only been in the driver's seat at Chapdelaine & Co. for a few months but he's already taking a bold new technology initiative. By offering primary dealers a transactional link to select retail clients, Chapdelaine hopes to ensure its own future -- as -- a service bureau if not as a broker. "I'm trying to position this firm so that when automation does come, we'll be a part of it," says Franzese. "We'll be the survivor."
