I am basking in the afterglow of my tenth SIA Technology Management Conference and Exhibit. I have had a decade of false alarms, the crowded corridors of the Hilton New York, endless vendorspeak, hostility suites and bad air conditioning. Thus I feel that I must establish an unofficial and unscientific ranking of various aspects of this annual high-tech-a-Mecca for financial technologists. There is no good basis for this ranking—it's all based on my whims and stolen observations from colleagues
