Dutch Regulator OKs LSE’s UnaVista

UnaVista, the London Stock Exchange’s (LSE’s) reporting mechanism in the UK, has been approved by Dutch regulator AFM for transaction reporting.

As a result, firms reporting to both the UK and Dutch regulators will now be able to use UnaVista as a single point of reporting, which officials say is set to result in improved efficiencies and reduced risk of incorrect reporting.

UnaVista is seeking transaction reporting approval from regulators across Europe.
