Crown Agents Bank offers foreign exchange, banking and payments services as well as training.

Crown Agents Bank, a London-based financial services provider, has replaced its legacy architecture with SunGard's Ambit Core Banking solution.

The service-oriented architecture has been installed as the bank seeks to cope with the ever-increasing speed and volume of data, says Carol Pattullo, director of operations at the Crown Agents Bank. The institution provides banking services to governmental and large-scale businesses.

"SunGard's Ambit Core Banking is used by banks of our size, as well as larger enterprises, which demonstrates its ability to handle a large range of volumes and support our planned growth," she says.
