TMX Atrium Completes London Infrastructure Upgrade
Canadian exchange group TMX's network subsidiary TMX Atrium has upgraded its entire London infrastructure to 10 Gigabits per second (Gbps) of bandwidth, in preparation for predicted growth in market data volumes across Europe over the coming years.
Previously, the network provider offered multiple 1-Gigabit lines, aggregated for clients requiring bandwidth of more than 1 Gbps, but now the entire network is available with a capacity 10 Gbps, "so we can scale towards the big exchanges' microbursts
