Whether it's Dubai, Moscow, Shanghai or São Paulo, emerging markets provide windows of opportunity for traders who can react quickest to new liquidity in markets that are often less stringently regulated than those in the West.
However, Fraser Bell, UK managing director for BSO Network Solutions, a provider of ethernet technology, says some emerging markets are easier to access than others.
