FactSet Bows IM Data-Sharing Tool
FactSet Research Systems has begun rolling out a new instant messaging platform, dubbed FactSet IM, which allows users to communicate and share data, charts and news from the vendor's products with other FactSet clients inside their own firm and at counterparties, and to integrate with other publicly-available IM networks.
