New York-headquartered Traiana is owned by interdealer broker ICAP.

Harmony TR will allow for connectivity to various SDRs, as mandated in the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) and the Dodd-Frank Act. Utilities covered include the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) Global Trade Repositories, the US multi-asset SDR, and regional trade repositories through the DTCC's own links. The software also includes functionality for handling the trade lifecycle during the clearing and reporting process, including recognition for the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).

"Traiana continues to work with market participants to understand and deliver the solutions required to meet the global regulations," says Andrew Coyne, CEO at Traiana. "We are excited to be working with DTCC to deliver standardized and consistent Trade Reporting on behalf of a broad range of financial institutions operating in global OTC derivatives markets."
