EDI, OTC Markets Group Partner On Corporate Actions
Data vendor Exchange Data International (EDI) has partnered with OTC Markets Group to provide corporate actions data on the marketplace platforms operated by the latter.
The OTC Corporate Actions Data Service will publish corporate action data for companies trading on OTC Markets Group's OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink marketplaces. "EDI is providing the corporate actions data while OTC Markets is providing the universe of securities, as well as quality-checking the data," says Jonathan Bloch, London
