Addenda Capital Chooses Coric for Reporting
Along with process efficiency and operational cost savings, Coric will enable Addenda to decrease the number and complexity of report templates as well as ensure quicker delivery. Coric will generate more than 800 management reports, in both English and French, for Addenda's institutional and high net worth clients in Canada and the US. In the future, Addenda intends to use Coric to automate other client communications, external marketing collateral and internal reports.
Charles Leblanc, VP, Operations and IT at Addenda, said: "Coric will allow us to optimize our client reporting process and significantly reduce production times, thereby enhancing client service and improving client experience. When evaluating client reporting and communications solutions, our team was extremely impressed with Coric's flexibility, report personalization, sophisticated and customizable workflow, and ability to integrate nicely with our existing data warehouse."
