Kevin Foley is still CEO of Bloomberg Tradebook, but Kim Bang has added the duties--and title--of president to his current responsibilities as business manager. For 2000, those duties include launching a listed equities trading platform by the end of the first quarter and making direct connections to four or five ECNs and market makers by the end of January.
