Reuters (reuters.com) has dissolved its Financial Enterprise Systems (FES)division and merged it with Tibco Financial Technology (TFT) (tibcofinance.com) to create two new groups within Reuters Trading Systems (RTS). The new units--Enterprise Solutions and Retail Solutions--will be headed by Graham Albutt and Rob Knourek, respectively. Albutt and Knourek will report to Philip Green, CEO of RTS.
