Reuters Sees Order Entry System As Bridge Between Monitor, RDTS

The announcement of PMT boosted traffic at the Reuters exhibit at the FIA Expo. The centerpiece of the Reuters booth was its futures Order Entry Service, which will allow Monitor subscribers to transmit orders to RDTS.

The order entry service will act as the bridge between Reuters's installed base of 130,000 screens and RDTS terminals. In addition to supporting PMT, RDTS will be introduced to the government securities and foreign exchange cash markets, although the company has not specified when
