Bisys integrates SunGard product into compliance offering

Bisys Fund Services, a global provider of operational services to mutual funds and separately managed accounts with $400 billion under management, has integrated the SunGard Transaction Network (STN) into its compliance and oversight offering. The STN technology gives Bisys secure connectivity, data warehousing, data monitoring, an analytics engine, reporting capabilities and administration tools. The upgraded Bisys product, 22c-2, supports mutual funds in complying with Rule 22c-2 of the US SEC
