EdgeTrade EMS features new order execution algorithm
EdgeTrade, the New York-based agency-only broker and developer of algorithmic and direct market access (DMA) software, has unveiled FAN, a new smart order execution algorithm. FAN is available to buy and sell-side firms through Execution Management System, the firm's front-end platform for anonymous single stock and basket equity trading. FAN enables traders to 'Find and Nail' best execution in accordance with Reg NMS requirements, a series of SEC-introduced initiatives that will, in 2007
